The fantastic lifetime friends and world class musicians Janne Andersson and Marcus Mackan Jacobson contributed with the last additional recordings on Sunday and Monday and it turned out brilliantly! These guys are ACE virtouses and I recommebd the whole world to check them out.
Marcus set his fingers on fire and made the guitar scream and glow on Sunday night to start of a really rough recording of a classic song which be featured on the "Wonder Session" album. Big thanks, "Mackan"! And thank you to your extremely better half Jeanette too! What a fantastic welcoming and hospitality! Say hi to Snusen too! :)

On Monday night I went to visit Janne Andersson who in a couple of hours took the groove on the album to another level by adding extremely funky and groovy percussion on every song! I can never pay you back for what you did for me yesterday, Janne!

I went back to the hotel to my besutiful, patient and understanding fiancé to get two hours sleep before we had to get to the airport but I couln't sleep for a second. :) I was just so excited over what these people have done for me lately. I tell you, there's so much kindness and generousity in the people around me! Thank you all!

This means that the recordings are done and we're ready to mix everything together to make it presentable to you all! Happiness!!

As if this wasn't enough, my friend since around 30 years, pro photographer Frasse Franzen, was also extremely generous and on short notice let me visit his studio to do a photo shoot, and my fiancé helped out once again to assist us. <3

Now, we're on the plane home to Spain for a week before continuing with some really nice gigs around the continent and Scandinavia in the next couple of months.

Well, it's as always, a hot summer here on Costa Blanca, and I'm literally melting away, soaking wet. ;)

The final vocal details are getting recorded here in Spain for the new album and if everything goes as planned we'll start mixing somewhere by the end of this month in Gothenburg, Sweden. We're scheduling 10 days for mixing plus another day for mastering, and hopefully, hopefully, it's release time somewhere in the beginning of September. Fingers crossed!!

We wanted the release to be already in July but due to sickness and logistic problems everything was delayed, but it's full throttle now and it's going really smooth. Happy happy!

Thanks for the patience and I hope you'll like it when it's out there, and maybe even buy a copy? :)
